50’s Diner

In order to commemorate our Client's 50th Anniversary of his company, we transformed the Imperial Ballroom at Toronto's Royal York Hotel into the Imperial Diner. Ricky, Lucy, Marilyn, Elvis and vintage paparazzi helped to establish the timeline, while cocktails were celebrated amidst stainless steel stools and cruisers topped with retro candy-filled popcorn boxes, and the entrance was camouflaged with custom signage and a themed arbor. The reception tables were accented with a custom runner of 50's black and white imagery, branded menus, LP place mats and napkin rings and domes of red and white roses which sat atop retro Coca Cola glasses. Finally, guests placed their order for dessert at a retro diner counter complete with costumed staff, swivel stools and ambient décor.

Elegant

A modern take on the traditional white elegant event or (wedding), these two events capture the essence of art deco with a luxe combination of crystal, metal and glass. Elevated centerpieces bring the ceiling closer to create a more chic environment, while warm details such as rose petals and floral napkin tucks enhance the intimacy of the event.

Basketball

As the favourite pastime of the guest of honour, a basketball theme is executed in a unique and memorable fashion. The exclusive bar set up, and festive moving table incorporate our theme and are stunning focal points for arriving guests, while centerpieces and floral accents tie the theme throughout the venue and serve as creative, yet functional giveaways at the end of the evening. Broadway

Guests walked off the streets of Toronto and into the decadent boulevards of Broadway. The combination of backdrops, marquee lighting and street sign centerpieces, transformed the room into a Musical montage.

Candyland

A hit theme for any children’s party, our candyland concept is artfully woven throughout this event. The sugar shoppe buffet is a big hit for children of all ages and candy dot napkin rings accent simple centerpieces of elevated wrapped sweets. Casino & Vegas Theme Events

What better setting for entertaining, than that of the world famous adult amusement park; Las Vegas! Luxury and lights accent this event, while vibrant Vegas girls greet arriving guests, as the casino floor comes alive with enjoyable edibles, colourful cocktails and a selection of your favourite casino games.

Chicago

Transporting our guests back in time, the Chicago themed event is a gritty representation of the popular Broadway hit and popular movie. Tables topped with fishnet covered legs erected from within a bed of red roses encapsulates the sexy nightclub feel, while the gritty aura of the jail cell is conveyed with an oversized backdrop and scantily clad models. Disco

What is a disco without rotating mirror balls, which centre our brushed steel cruiser tables? And who wouldn’t be attracted to beverages or nibbles delivered on illuminated serving trays? A favourite among event planners, this Disco them approach utilizes the many bright colours of the era with props such as electronic mood panels, which morph from hues of purple and pink to green yellow an orange. Jungle

Enjoying all the sights and sounds a real African Safari can offer. Within this Award Winning event, our guests walked beneath lush canopies of tropical foliage, came face to face with life like replicas of African animals, dined amidst a tropical jungle and were able witness a stunning African sunset with silhouettes of animals in the distance. We were able to take our guests on an African Safari adventure; a mini vacation right here in the city that they will not soon forget.

Limenésque

This Supper Club meets Miami Beach look allowed guests to cozy up to the themed entertainers or unwind with their cocktails within cozy lounges…all within a breathtaking setting. Contact us for more information regarding this theme.

Lounge

In another Award Winning event, we were able to utilize the blank canvas of a clear span tent and create a modern version of the traditional gentleman’s lounge. Guests relaxed amidst custom made couches, smoked the crème de la crème of Cuban cigars, drank aged single malt scotches from the leather bar, had their shoes shined and mingled happily amongst friends and family. Mardi Gras

Once again, a once non-descript venue space was transformed into the streets of New Orleans at Mardi Gras. The essence of the festival theme is conveyed using a variety of masks, historical street signs/lamps, costumed musician/models and colourful banners.

Medieval

The historic venue lent itself well to a medieval theme. We decided to add elegance to what is sometimes a traditionally drab look; what with lush burgundy brocade linens being topped with a plumed runner of gold satin. In keeping with the historical theme, candelabras were used, and offset with a combination of grapes, twigs and florals. Meanwhile, details such as floral based julep cups, amber votive candles and grape clusters atop napkins completed the period décor.

Modern Holiday

Nominated as one of the Best Opening Events in Canada, this Open House Holiday party was a refreshing approach to traditional office parties. Designed as a festive way to thank each guest for his or her partnership and hard work, every element of the celebration was tailored to ooze of the client’s appreciation. From the uniformed doormen and the red clad coat check staff, to hearty portions of food and the branded candy shack, each aspect of the event worked in tandem to deliver a made to order feel. Monopoly

The combination of our customized cocktail serving floating tables, the jail cell entranceway, the "hotel/house" ice bar, the illuminated bars, dining tables and floral arrangements make for a memorable evening for all.

Moroccan

The monochromatic approach to this event décor is offset with the layers of various textures, creating a breathtaking tented table setting.

Nautical

Guests boarded a virtual cruise ship experience when they arrived at this event. They walked atop a gangplank to board, and were greeted by costumed sailors once on the ship. Cocktails hour featured a variety of iced seafood items displayed amidst fishing boats, smoke stacks and buoys, while the dining room was an awe-inspiring sight of masted tabletops accented with nautical themed napkin rings. Pink

The colour pink inspired this elegant evening of festive cocktails and captivating cuisine. The key to this look is the juxtaposition of modern furniture and conventional accents. The contrast of crystal chandeliers overtop Plexiglas tabletops draws on today’s bold décor approach. Lighting is another key to the success of this technique; whether it be candles, candelabras, chandeliers or ambient up lighting, the fuchsia hues add a sexy glow about this white based room. Vineyard

To transform the event space into an autumn vineyard for 800, we utilized a grapevine arbor enhanced with fall leaves and floating orchids in order to establish the theme for arriving guests. Once inside, vintage wine barrels topped with plexiglas were placed in lieu of cruiser tables, while a chandelier of florals seemed to float effortlessly atop the main bar. Dining table centres were embellished with functional wine bowls filled with a selection of chilled vino and accented with fall foliage and orchid blooms to tie it all together. Winter Wonderland

We celebrate the arrival of the chilly weather by highlighting all things ice. A live carving demonstration of an ice castle entertains, an ice costumed floating table delivers delectable hors d’oeuvres, backdrops of ice capped treescapes, faux holiday trees, suspended snowflakes and star gobos frame the room in a cool ambiance and tabletops tie it all together with its snow coloured draping, pine-based centerpiece highlighted by a single pin-spot and illuminated table frames in shades of cool blue.
