Our on-site technical personnel are highly experienced event professionals who provide friendly, courteous and rock-solid reliable services for any type of program.  

What you may find very surprising is how significantly more affordable our audio-visual services are in comparison to those offered by many of the larger, dedicated "a-v" companies - especially when fulfilling the technical/production riders for many leading entertainers and bands, keynote speakers and stage show presentations.

Case in point: Recently we produced a large, prestigious corporate event with an award-winning headline entertainer as the after-dinner show. The entertainer's technical rider (production requirements) while not complicated were very detailed in terms of sound system components, stage lighting, follow spot and pipe & drape requirements. At the time of the show booking we offered to fulfill the rider requirements however the client instead asked that we forward them a copy of the rider so that they could solicit bids from several a-v companies that they had comfort levels with from previous corporate events. The minimum cost/quote they received was $3,850.00 (plus taxes) and the maximum quote was $4,950.00 (plus taxes.) In the end we handled the production; everything was absolutely first class; the performer really enjoyed working with us and complemented us on "how perfect everything was"; the client was thrilled -- and all at a cost to them of $2,500.00 (plus taxes.)
