We do NOT respond to the following types of inquiries :

Inquiries concerning PUBLIC appearances for any entertainers, shows, etc.
Sorry, we do not have that information as our involvement with those we represent is strictly limited to booking them for private corporate and special events.

Inquiries regarding the purchasing of merchandise from various performers or Business Speakers. (i.e. videos, cassette tapes, CDs, DVDs, books, tickets for public performances, etc.)
Again, we have no involvement with any merchandizing activities.

Personal messages directed to specific entertainers etc. and using K&M Productions as a conduit to relay such.
These types of messages are not forwarded and are automatically deleted.

Inquiries requesting support, resources or additional information on any entertainer, speaker, or service listed on our web site, that has already been booked for an up-coming event, but was NOT contracted through K&M Productions.
We are renowned in the industry for providing prompt, meticulous service and support, but these services are reserved strictly for those Clients who've engaged us, and contracted their event requirements through K&M Productions.
 

Absolutely no web content, videos, photos, pages, etc. from our site may be copied or linked to without written authorization from K&M Productions.

Suppliers interested in doing business with us:  You will need to contact us BEFORE e-mailing anything with an attachment or executable script in the e-mail. If we are not expecting it, these types of e-mails are rejected and automatically deleted. We do apologize for this inconvenience.

We are a long-established, legally registered CANADIAN company conducting business solely in Canada and no where else in the world. We are NOT affiliated with ANY other companies either on the Internet or anywhere else in the entire world using an identical or similar business name to ours.

The only form of credit card payment we accept is American Express. For any unauthorized credit card charges (Visa, MasterCard or other) appearing on your statement & allegedly attributed to a company with a name identical or similar to ours do NOT contact us.  Instead contact the credit card company that posted the charges to your account and have them investigate the merchant or vendor that submitted those charges. Thank you.
