Before he spent years helping organizations navigate AI, Ramy Nassar contributed to the tech strategy for the $1.5 billion Barbie film. As Head of Innovation at Mattel, he built the company's first Innovation Lab and created 15+ AI-driven retail experiences for Barbie and Hot Wheels. Over 25+ years, he has worked with more than 250 organizations, from Apple and TD Bank to Verizon, New Balance, Disney, and the Government of Canada.
Ramy equips leaders with practical frameworks to reimagine business models, rewire risk, and accelerate innovation. His work spans building enterprise AI agents, advising AI governance teams, and launching innovation labs focused on real-world implementation.
